Medalyst keeps everything about your team in one place: training sessions, events, attendance, messages, membership fees and much more. Administrators work in the web app, coaches manage their teams from the mobile app, and athletes and parents see everything in one place on their own phone.
We can create your whole club in the platform within a couple of hours, and you can start using it straight away. Athletes and parents join through an invitation sent from Medalyst, or by entering the team’s unique code.
Each athlete or parent fills in their own details when they join. You choose which details you need, for example a parent’s phone number, kit size or ID number, and Medalyst reminds people about anything still missing.
It’s as simple as sending a message on WhatsApp. For athletes and parents it’s even simpler, because everything about the team is in one place.
Administrators create the fees in Medalyst, either for the whole team or for individual players. Athletes or parents pay by card through Stripe. Medalyst tracks the payments and shows who has paid and what is still due. The system also sends automatic reminders about fees that are coming due.
Yes. The administrator decides who sees what: athletes, parents and fellow coaches each get their own permissions. The data is stored on European servers, in line with the GDPR.
