# Medalyst > A single shared platform for club leaders, coaches, athletes and parents. Medalyst keeps everything about your team in one place: training sessions, events, attendance, messages, membership fees and much more. Administrators work in the web app, coaches manage their teams from the mobile app, and athletes and parents see everything in one place on their own phone. Medalyst is made by Medalyst Sport Innovation Kft., Budapest, Hungary. The website is available in English (https://medalyst.io/), Hungarian (https://medalyst.io/hu) and German (https://medalyst.io/de). 100 sports clubs and 23,000 athletes have already joined us! We have been building Medalyst since 2023 on the feedback of Hungarian sports clubs. Today 100 clubs use it across Hungary, from football clubs to fencing teams to martial arts sections. The platform has already proven itself in the Héraklész programme of the Hungarian National Sport Development and Methodology Institute. ## What it does - **Finances**: Who has paid? Who still owes? Medalyst keeps track of it all for you. (Membership fee management, Card and online payments, Payment reminders, Financial reports) - **Communication**: Parents, players and coaches stay up to date, and every message reaches the right people on time. (Group messaging, Notifications, Event updates, News feed) - **Attendance and calendar**: Who is coming today? When is training? All in one place, clearly laid out. (Event creation, Training schedules, Attendance tracking, Attendance sheet export) - **Member records**: New address? Medical certificate expired? Every athlete’s data stays up to date. (Member records, Team management, Coaches and staff, Parent and guardian details) - **Inventory**: Where are the kits? Who took the balls? Every piece of equipment stays traceable. (Equipment records, Equipment management, Handing out equipment, Writing off equipment) - **Motivation**: Who did best? Who improved the most? (Learning materials, Athlete reviews, Performance statistics, Leaderboards) Inventory means tracking the equipment a club owns and who it has been handed out to. Medalyst has no shop, sales or e-commerce feature. ## Pricing One plan. Every module. One price with every feature included. Administrators work in the web app, coaches manage their teams from the mobile app, and athletes and parents see everything in one place on their own phone. - **How long does setup take?** We can create your whole club in the platform within a couple of hours, and you can start using it straight away. Athletes and parents join through an invitation sent from Medalyst, or by entering the team’s unique code. - **Do we have to enter everyone’s data ourselves?** Each athlete or parent fills in their own details when they join. You choose which details you need, for example a parent’s phone number, kit size or ID number, and Medalyst reminds people about anything still missing. - **How complicated is it to use?** It’s as simple as sending a message on WhatsApp. For athletes and parents it’s even simpler, because everything about the team is in one place. - **How does paying membership fees work?** Administrators create the fees in Medalyst, either for the whole team or for individual players. Athletes or parents pay by card through Stripe. Medalyst tracks the payments and shows who has paid and what is still due. The system also sends automatic reminders about fees that are coming due. - **Is our data safe?** Yes. The administrator decides who sees what: athletes, parents and fellow coaches each get their own permissions. The data is stored on European servers, in line with the GDPR. ## Pages - [Features](https://medalyst.io/features) - [Pricing](https://medalyst.io/pricing) - [Book a free demo](https://medalyst.io/demo) - [Contact](https://medalyst.io/contact) - [Unpaid membership fee calculator](https://medalyst.io/fee-calculator) - [Admin time calculator](https://medalyst.io/time-calculator) - [Spond alternative: Medalyst vs Spond compared](https://medalyst.io/spond-alternative) - [BenchApp alternative: Medalyst vs BenchApp compared](https://medalyst.io/benchapp-alternative) - [Heja alternative: Medalyst vs Heja compared](https://medalyst.io/heja-alternative) - [TeamSnap alternative: Medalyst vs TeamSnap compared](https://medalyst.io/teamsnap-alternative) - [ClubZap alternative: Medalyst vs ClubZap compared](https://medalyst.io/clubzap-alternative) - [Clubforce alternative: Medalyst vs Clubforce compared](https://medalyst.io/clubforce-alternative) - [Pitchero alternative: Medalyst vs Pitchero compared](https://medalyst.io/pitchero-alternative) - [TeamApp alternative: Medalyst vs TeamApp compared](https://medalyst.io/teamapp-alternative) - [SportMember alternative: Medalyst vs SportMember compared](https://medalyst.io/sportmember-alternative) - [Teamer alternative: Medalyst vs Teamer compared](https://medalyst.io/teamer-alternative) - [Guide: Best club management apps in Europe](https://medalyst.io/guides/best-sports-club-management-apps-europe) - [Guide: Best Spond alternatives](https://medalyst.io/guides/best-spond-alternatives) - [Guide: Best club management apps in the UK](https://medalyst.io/guides/best-sports-club-management-apps-uk) - [Feature: Equipment inventory](https://medalyst.io/equipment-inventory) - [Feature: Membership fees](https://medalyst.io/membership-fees) - [Feature: Attendance tracking](https://medalyst.io/attendance-tracking) - [Feature: Coach feedback](https://medalyst.io/player-feedback) - [Feature: Athlete management](https://medalyst.io/athlete-management) - [Free team app for coaches](https://medalyst.io/free-app) - [iOS app](https://apps.apple.com/hu/app/medalyst-sport/id6745517223?l=hu) - [Android app](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.medalyst.mobile) ## Magyarul > Egyetlen közös platform a klubvezetőknek, edzőknek, sportolóknak és szülőknek.
